Cocktails taste even more delicious when there's a breath-taking view of the city's skyline, especially when it's from the 52nd floor. Try the Baijiu cocktail, a punchy cocktail mixed with Roku, green Chartreuse, Campari, and Antica Formula, or the Princess of China, a more delicate cocktail made with kumquat, raspberry, the 'yellow widow' (Veuve Clicquot), and Cocchi Americano.

Sitting snugly in the Royal Festival Hall, this is a destination in its own right for those seeking a cocktail oasis.
