Robby has been with Circa London since its inception, playing a key role in the company's growth and brand. With extensive local market knowledge and experience in residential lettings, he is known for securing high-quality tenants and ensuring a smooth rental experience. His friendly, personal approach is often praised by clients.

Outside work, Robby enjoys travelling, running marathons, and supporting Spurs.

Riley takes pride in everything he does. A passionate football fan and referee, he applies his calm and confident problem-solving skills to his role at Circa London.

Jen is a seasoned property professional with a deep knowledge of the London lettings market. She prides herself on offering a friendly, bespoke service to each client.

Beyond property, she is a fitness enthusiast, regularly running 5km, enjoys cooking for loved ones, and has travelled widely, including to the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and the U.S., where she grew up. Jen's calm demeanor and experience are invaluable assets to the team.

Laura's experience as a pianist has fostered patience and determination, while her passion for drama has developed her teamwork and communication skills, making her an exceptional Assistant Lettings Manager. Laura's mission is to provide clients with an unforgettable moving experience.

In her free time, Laura enjoys discovering new restaurants, attending the theatre, reading, and listening to comedy podcasts.

Maddie is a skilled professional who thrives on building relationships with landlords and tenants. Her enthusiasm and engaging manner make her a pleasure to work with. She is a MARLA member with an ARLA Propertymark level 3 qualification.

In her free time, Maddie enjoys running along the Thames Path near her childhood home in Hampton Court.

Sol has a strong background in Customer Services. His confident and positive personality, combined with his excellent organisation skills, enables him to provide an exemplary level of service to both our landlords and tenants. He is a very welcome and valuable addition to the Shoreditch lettings team.

As an enthusiastic sportsman, Sol includes amongst his many interests, football, boxing, tennis and cycling. In 2024/25 he cycled right across Europe, raising significant funds for Macmillan Cancer Research. His other hobbies include music, photography, cooking and travel.

With a Master's in Marketing, Sasha brings a people-focused approach to lettings, combining strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others. She enjoys building positive relationships with landlords and tenants, taking the time to understand their needs and ensuring every rental journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Sasha enjoys making the most of London’s vibrant food and social scene, exploring new neighbourhoods and discovering all that the city has to offer, as well as planning her next adventure - whether that’s a beach getaway or a skiing trip.

Ella joined Circa London in June 2026. Having previously worked in sales, she recently made the move into lettings, combining her passion for a fast-paced environment with meeting new people every day. She enjoys helping clients find the right property, building strong, lasting relationships along the way.

Outside work, Ella loves keeping active, particularly playing netball and running. She also enjoys travelling whenever she can and spending quality time with friends and family.
 

With over a decade of experience, and a member of ARLA, Kate is a highly skilled and dependable member of the team. With her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations. Kate manages administration and compliance with efficiency and professionalism, and her deep understanding of lettings processes make her a trusted and valuable member of the team.
 
Outside work, Kate is a mother of three boys who finds joy in an active lifestyle – walking in nature and cycling with her family.

Sabrina is an experienced Lettings Administrator with a track record of supporting busy lettings teams. Highly organised and focused, Sabrina’s professional approach helps maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, and her calm demeanour and pro-active work ethic make her a valuable asset to our Administration team.
 
Outside of work, Sabrina loves to cook, and experiment with new recipes. She loves to explore new destinations, seeking out unique cultures and experiences with her family.
 

Ashley is dedicated to providing honest, reliable advice and exceptional customer care. Approachable and genuine, he always goes the extra mile for his clients. He provides expert guidance with transparent, effective communication to build lasting relationships.

A London marathon runner, qualified football coach, and proud father of three daughters, Ashley balances work with family life.

With over twenty years of experience across Residential Sales & Lettings and New Homes, Sarah-Jane brings a wealth of knowledge to every aspect of London's diverse property market. Property has always been in her blood, having grown up in a family with strong ties to the industry in both the UK and Spain, and she has held senior roles including Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.

Known for her empathetic and personable approach, SJ is passionate about helping clients sell their homes and find the perfect property or investment opportunity, building long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service. She is equally committed to supporting others in the industry through training and mentoring, has appeared on The Times Online, and has been interviewed by numerous property journalists sharing her market expertise.

Outside work, SJ is a devoted animal lover who enjoys spending time with her horse, Rufus, and her cat, Miss Pearl.

Izzy holds a BA Hons in Interior Design and has a passion for property, particularly East London's diverse architecture. She treats every client as an individual, taking special care to understand their property needs.

A keen photographer and avid swimmer, she enjoys capturing beautiful moments in both London and Paris. Her confident, engaging nature is a valuable asset to the team.

James holds ARLA and NAEA certifications, ensuring a deep understanding of industry best practices and a commitment to professionalism. A strong problem-solver with excellent organisational skills, he thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

In his spare time, James is an early gym-goer, fluent in Mandarin, and shares his home with a pet dragon.

Alicia brings over five years of marketing experience across Tech and Property, with a passion for building brands and connecting them with the right audiences through creative, targeted campaigns. Her move into residential property is a natural one, drawn by a love of design-led spaces across London's most iconic addresses.

Jodie began her career in estate agency in 2016 and has built a wealth of experience across sales administration, tenancy renewals, and client support. Known for her organised approach and approachable nature, she enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

She takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships, always bringing positivity and attention to detail to everything she does.
Outside of work, Jodie loves to travel, try new restaurants, go to gigs, and stay active with Pilates and hikes — often with her dog, Milo, by her side.

Francesca brings extensive property experience and expertise in compliance, excelling in customer service and organisation. She’s a valuable member of our administrative team and lives in South West London with her miniature Dachshund, Mable.

Silviya’s background as a Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager, and her Finance degree made her a natural fit as an Account Manager, overseeing client accounts. She is also working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Silviya is a passionate animal rights advocate who runs a small rescue shelter in Bulgaria and volunteers at her local shelter. She is a nature-loving, road-tripping soul with a love for 80s–90s music, puzzles, and thrillers.

Dani is a qualified bookkeeper (AATQB) with years of customer service experience and a keen eye for detail, making her essential in managing our clients' finances.As a working mother, Dani is skilled at prioritising and multitasking.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading crime novels, doing jigsaw puzzles, and listening to eclectic music. She loves traveling, with Thessaloniki, Greece, being one of her favourite destinations.

Jessica has over seven years of experience managing high-end properties in central London, her lifelong home. She thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring a well-managed portfolio and top-tier customer service. Jessica is ARLA qualified.“

Cathy Lelengboto, MARLA, is a Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in residential property management, landlord relations, and regulatory compliance. A proud member of Propertymark, she is committed to proactive management, clear communication, and building long-term trust with landlords and tenants.

Before property management, Cathy built an international career spanning event management, marketing and cultural promotion, earning recognition from diplomatic and cultural representatives for her work promoting Indonesian culture globally. Originally from Jakarta and having studied in Singapore and New York, Cathy now calls London home.

Outside work, she is a former Indonesia National Champion in Ten-Pin Bowling, and continues to draw on the discipline and resilience that sport has instilled in her.

Sam brings over six years of experience in the property industry, joining Circa London in June 2026. She enjoys working closely with clients, ensuring every property is managed with care and consideration.

Outside work, Sam is a keen jazz fan and dog mum to Pablo, her happy go lucky Jack Russell. Half Tunisian, she travels home to Tunisia as often as she can, and spends her free time exploring art galleries and museums.

Shayleigh brings extensive customer care expertise to the Property Management team, with excellent communication and attention to detail contributing to the team's success.

Shayleigh is a passionate football fan, avid reader, cinema-goer, and enjoys karaoke on Friday nights. Family is also a big part of her life.

With over 30 years of experience selling high-end properties globally, Tina is one of Hong Kong’s most respected agents, providing exceptional service to clients.

Tina’s professional, no-nonsense approach ensures both sellers and buyers are 100% satisfied, earning her loyal clients who return time and again.

Sara studied Sciences at the University of Michigan and brings extensive property knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism to our customer-focused office. A native Cantonese speaker, she is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.

“Good communication is crucial in property purchases, especially across continents. Our Hong Kong office works closely with the UK team to guide clients through the process,” says Sara.

Active in golf, volleyball, and boxing, Sara enjoys a variety of hobbies.
