Let Only Commission: | 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) of rent due (subject to a Minimum Fee of £2,000.00 + VAT) |

Maintenance Repair Limit: | £300 (where rent is paid monthly in advance) |
Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works: | 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) cost of any works exceeding £500. |
Redirection of mail overseas: | Cost of postage |
International bank transfer per transaction: | £25 + VAT (£18 inc VAT) |
HMO Licence applications: | £600 + VAT (£720 inc VAT) |
Selective License applications: | £300 + VAT |
Accompany third parties at the property: | £50 + VAT (£60 inc VAT) per hour |
Vacant management service: | £250 + VAT (240 inc VAT) per month |
Insurance claim handling fee: | 10% + VAT of gross claim (£120 inc VAT) |
Interest on late payments to the Agent: | Interest will be charged from the date the fees become due at the annual rate of 4% above the base rate of Bank of Scotland |
Court attendance: | £200 + VAT (£120 inc VAT) per hour |
Sales fee if property sold to Tenant: | 2% + VAT (2.4% inc VAT) of purchase price |
Sales fee if property sold with ongoing tenancy: | Balance of letting fee due for remainder of term where purchaser does not continue letting service with Circa London |
These fees are included in the Standard Management Fee but additional on Let Only and Rent Collection Services: | |
