Information about The Chilterns, 74-76 Chiltern Street, London W1U 5AA

The Chilterns is a luxury apartment building located in the heart of Marylebone. The building's unique façade is inspired by The Beatles' iconic Apple Boutique, which was located nearby until 1968. The façade features a variety of vertical patterns and colours made of reconstituted stone and coloured acrylic fins, giving the building an eye-catching texture and depth. The Chilterns offers a collection of 44 luxury apartments that boast an unprecedented scale of living space designed to combine the highest technical specifications with the finest interiors.

Renowned designer Rabih Hage has handpicked the interiors to create a living space that is both unique and elegant. Residents of The Chilterns can enjoy world-class facilities such as a private gym, spa, cinema, and 24-hour concierge services. The development also allows residents to own a temperature-controlled cellar stocked by the distinguished wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd. The lobby gallery adjoins the reception foyer and features British photographer David Bailey's 'Marylebone Collection,' commissioned exclusively for The Chilterns.

Located near Chiltern Firehouse on Marylebone's famous Chiltern Street, The Chilterns is situated in the tranquil Marylebone Village, an area carefully nurtured by the Howard de Walden and The Portman Estates. Marylebone Village has a unique village atmosphere, just behind London's busy Oxford Street, providing residents with easy access to a shopper's paradise.

There are several underground stations located nearby, providing access to various lines that can take residents to different parts of the city. Baker Street underground station, just a short distance away, is served by five different lines - Bakerloo, Jubilee, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, and Circle - making it easy to get around. Additionally, Marylebone underground station, located nearby, is served by the Jubilee, Victoria, Central, and Northern lines, while Regent's Park underground station is served by the Bakerloo line.

For those who need to travel further afield, Marylebone overground station provides access to the national rail network, connecting residents to destinations across the UK. The Chilterns development is also well-situated for those travelling to and from London's major airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted.

Heathrow airport can be reached in just 18 minutes via the Bakerloo line and Heathrow Express, while Gatwick airport can be reached in 38 minutes via the Victoria line and Gatwick Express. Stansted airport is a bit further away but can still be reached in just one hour via the Victoria line and Stansted Express.

The Chilterns was awarded the 'Best Apartment' at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2017, encapsulating classic West End refinement while taking inspiration from The Beatles' Apple Boutique. W1 is arguably the most affluent postcode in the capital, and residents of The Chilterns will neighbour other West End hotspots, including Fitzrovia and Mayfair
