One Park Drive Circa London Shoreditch EC2

ONE PARK DRIVE

One Park Drive is the signature building of the new residential district in Canary Wharf, E14 – a unique architectural achievement thoughtfully designed to be the very best in city and waterside living.

Developer:

Canary Wharf Group plc

Architect:

Herzog & de Meuron

One Park Drive is a peaceful sanctuary.
Residents can make the most of the luxury private health club with a state-of-the-art swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a fitness suite.

Standing 205 metres tall, One Park Drive is a landmark new development designed by Herzog & de Meuron. This signature building of the new residential district in Canary Wharf, E14, is positioned at the head of the dock and proudly represents everything that makes this neighbourhood so unique - the very best in city and waterside living.

Designed to stand out from the office towers of Canary Wharf, this 58-storey skyscraper has a distinctive cylindrical form. The tower, which contains 484 apartments, forms part of developer Canary Wharf Group’s wider plan to add homes to the predominantly commercial area of east London.

This single building has three typologies, each with distinct characteristics. Loft apartments are in the lower floors; these are some of the largest apartments with high ceilings and wrap-around terraces, designed to make the most of the connection to the green spaces and the waterfront.

The heart of the building is The Cluster and it's the typology that contains the greatest variety of apartments. The lower levels are connected with the parks and the water and the higher floors with the sky.

The upper floors contain The Bay apartments with double-height terraces which are set back into the building; they're designed to maximise light and the views across London.

Each apartment has a variety of terraces designed to work seamlessly with the interior living spaces. The Cluster apartments often have two outside spaces, The Lofts have large wrap-around terraces and The Bay terraces have double-height space above them.

The apartment interiors deliver complexity and surprise that complements One Park Drive's powerful exterior form and creates a sense of calm and luxurious intimacy. They focus on natural materials and finishes with special attention on tactile surfaces.

One Park Drive is a peaceful sanctuary. Residents can make the most of the truely luxury private health club with a state-of-the-art swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a fitness suite offering pilates and yoga.

Canary Wharf

One Park Drive is amidst green spaces and waterside boardwalks. It's a neighbourhood that's both an oasis of calm and one of the most well connected in Europe.  It's a misconception that once the working week is done and it's devoid of the buzz of workers, Canary Wharf becomes a ghost town.  There’s actually whole host of things to do, see, eat and drink any time of the week; it's for people who want to get so much more out of where they live and work.
