Transformed by Kohn Pederson Fox, the major redesign comprises several large-scale alterations, including creating a new route through the middle of the development, which doubles the retail space and provides new public areas along the riverfront. The redesign added eleven stories to the existing tower, creating more space for residential units while emphasising the structure's iconic verticality. The tower's upper floors were also converted into residential units.  The reconfiguration of space extends to the podium with three new floors added and the original 1970s cores replaced and repositioned.
