The condition of the furnishings and the flat itself was fully faithful to the one shown in the advertisement, which was an absolutely positive experience compared to some other agencies' practice. As an EU citizen who just recently moved to the UK I especially appreciated the helpful and professional approach of Carina and Marissa, which resulted in me moving in to a flat that perfectly fit my preferences in a matter of days. update 14/06/2022: after renting the flat for over a year and a half and renegotiating an extension I can only reaffirm what I've previously said about the high quality of professionalism of Circa London. I really appreciated how Marissa and her colleagues ensured timely and effective communication between me and the owner while also making sure that both parties' interests were represented.
